Christmas Life Hacks: Blogmas Day 11

Hello every one! How are you doing today? I know that the holidays can bring a lot of stress with them, so I decided that I would make a life hacks post! These are hacks that i have come up with, as well as ones that I have seen floating around, but I thought that it would be useful for you to know these things. Without further ado, I present to you 6 Christmas life hacks!

No-Tangle Christmas Lights:

This is a hack for when you are putting away your Christmas decorations. Also, before we get any further, let me apologize for photo quality, as it gets dark very fast now a day. Anyways, this is perfect for when you want to have no-hassle lights. When you wrap them around a clothes-hanger, they keep from getting tangled. And let me just say, it was the easiest thing EVER un-tangling this!

On-The-Go Movies:

This is a good hack for if you have a large purse. When your at a holiday dinner, sometimes all you want to do is relax. Do just that with this hack: gather the younger crowd for a Christmas movie! You’ll be prepared by carrying the discs in your purse and will always be able to chill. Side-note, keep the discs in their cases so that you don’t scratch them.

Space-Saving Christmas Tree:

If you have a small room, or live in a small pace, there isn’t always room for an actual Christmas tree. But if you make yourself one, you’ll have a Christmas tree, and all of your room space too. I made a mini-version since I get a real tree, but you can easily replicate this: just put a bunch of snips in the side of a massive green paper!

Instant Cake:

Always having last-minute guests over? This hack will save you lot’s of time. If you pre-make a cake batter (I went with chocolate) all you have to do is put some of the batter into a muffin tin to make a fast treat. Make sure you write down the heat to bake it at so that you don’t burn or under-cook the cake.

A Pan Of Cookies:

This is super easy for if your hosting a dinner, or if your going to a dinner. All you need to do is make a double batch of cookie dough and spread it in your cookie pan like a cake. It can be a serve yourself, so you don’t have to worry about prep. Your guests will be pleased with the cookies, and you will be pleased with the ease.

Never Not Have Light:

It’s really annoying when you have a missing light bulb, but nothing to replace it with. Let tinfoil be your best buddy in this case! Simply ball up a piece that is large enough to fit in the empty light socket. Also DO NOT DO THIS WITH THE LIGHTS PLUGGED IN! It is dangerous to do so. Just keep making the piece of tinfoil bigger and bigger until the lights turn on. Make sure that it is securely pressed into the socket.

There we go! I hope that you enjoyed these couple of life hacks and that you found out something new today! I found all of these hacks to be quite helpful, and I think all of you will as well. Todays question-of-the-post is: What is your go-to Christmas hack? That’s all for this post, and always remember that you are amazing! -GRACEFUL
