hello awọn ọrẹ mi ati namaste (hello my friends and namaste in Yorba). Today’s post is all about yoga, something that I have REALLY been loving! I have put together a couple of poses focusing on fitness, that you can do anywhere you want. I hope that you find this post helpful, as yoga is one of the best forms of fitness. Enjoy the poses ki o si jẹ ki ká gba sinu yi (and let’s get into this).
Yoga is the simplest to do in a flow, so, using many different sites for reference, I have put together a really quick five-minute yoga flow for all of you! It goes a little something like this:
- Childs pose 30 seconds
- Upwards dog pose 30 seconds
- Four limbed staff pose 30 seconds
- Crow pose 30 seconds
- Dolphin pose 30 seconds
- Revolved triangle pose 30 seconds
- Warrior III pose 30 seconds
- Pistol squat pose 30 secondes
- Boat pose 30 seconds
- Balancing straddle pose 30 seconds
Yes, that is confusing when you can’t see what they look like but I PROMISE it will make sense with pictures. Here we go.
